Becauseofthis, byobserving 20 thousandmanuscriptsoflibraryofIslamicParliament,finallyRisalah Ahkam- e- Nojoommanuscripthasbeenchosenwhichisremarkablebecauseofthenewanddifferentfeatureofscriptstyle.Unknownand uncommonscripthasbeenwritteninoneofAhkam- e- Nojoommanuscript (Library, Museum and Document Center of Iran Parliament, No.17225)whichshowsoneofthemissingpartsinthehistoryofIslamic calligraphy. Inthisarticle,themainhypothesisisaimedtostudythescriptstyleinAhkam- e- NojoommanuscriptanditseemsthatgiventosimilaritiesanddifferencesofthisscriptwithNaskhandEastKufic, wecanconsiderscriptstyleinAhkam- e- Nojoommanuscriptasoneofthespecificmethodsofwritingduringthehistory.ThisstudyisdonewiththepurposeofunknownscripttypologyinmanuscriptofAhkam- e- NojoomandreachingtotheprobabledateforwritingAhkam- e- Nojoommanuscript.Also,ontheotherhand, it is inspiringforPersiantypedesignerbyanewideaintypedesignandprovidesdifferentcontextsinthisfieldofgraphicdesign.ThepresentstudyisallocatedtoexaminevisualfeaturesofunknownscriptintheAhkam- e- Nojoommanuscriptbycomparative,analyticandhistoricmethod.Inthisarticle,thewholestructureandvisualfeaturesofitsletterformswhichrelatetoIslamiccalligraphyisconsidered,Asaresult,thescriptstyleofAhkam- e- NojoomisNaskhscriptthathassomeofthefeaturesof EastKufic. Also,thesecondaryhypothesisisconfirmedbyconsideringthecommonfeatureofthisscriptwithotherOldPersianmanuscriptlike Al-AbniaAnHaqayiqal-Advia(AustriaPubliclibrary,No. A.F.340),Tarjumanal-Balagha (FatihlibraryinIstanbul,No.5413),MaaniKitabAllahTaalaWaTafsirehal-Munir (TopkapiSarayimuseum,No. 209)and TahdidNahayatal-Amakinli-Tas'hihMasafatalMasakin (FatihlibraryinIstanbul,No.3386).Itisprobablethatthepresentmanuscriptisdatedtoaboutsixorfivecentury.Moreover,similarityinscriptstyleintheaboveexamplescanprobablyconfirmtheexistenceofacommonmethodinmanuscriptoffiveandsixcentury.Wehopethatthepresentstudyprovidesbackgroundsformoreresearch.
