For the Editor:

For the Reviewer:

1. Reviewers are expected to conduct objective, constructive and timely evaluations of manuscripts, providing feedback that enhances the quality and rigor of published research.

2. Reviewers shall maintain confidentiality regarding the content and outcomes of peer review, refraining from using privileged information for personal gain or bias.

3. Reviewers should declare any conflicts of interest and decline to review manuscripts in which they have a vested interest, ensuring the integrity of the peer-review process.

For the Author:

1. Authors are responsible for the originality and accuracy of their submitted work, ensuring that it has not been previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. Authors should accurately attribute all sources and avoid plagiarism or any form of academic misconduct, adhering to ethical citation practices.

3. Authors are encouraged to engage constructively with peer reviewers and editors, addressing feedback and revising manuscripts to improve their scholarly impact and contribution.

For the Publisher:

1. The publisher is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical publishing, maintaining the integrity and credibility of the journal's content.

2. The publisher will transparently communicate publication policies, including author fees, copyright, and licensing arrangements, to ensure accountability and fairness.

3. The publisher will respect the privacy and rights of authors and reviewers, safeguarding their personal and academic information throughout the publication process.
